HercuWall™ is a prefabricated insulated concrete panel system designed to reduce labour, simplify installation and create strong, energy-efficient exterior walls. Panels are fabricated off-site according to the project design, numbered and delivered ready for assembly.
Once installed, the vertical and horizontal cavities within the panels are reinforced and filled with concrete. The result is an insulated concrete wall system that combines structural strength, continuous insulation and an integrated weather-resistant layer in a coordinated assembly.
Producing HercuWall panels off-site helps reduce cutting, material waste and complicated layout work on the construction site. Numbered panels show installers where each component belongs, helping crews assemble the wall system more efficiently.
This process can reduce the number of separate trades and construction steps involved in building an insulated exterior wall. It also helps limit variables related to labour availability, material quality and weather exposure.
HercuWall combines EPS insulation with reinforced concrete. Nudura reports an insulation value of R-31, along with improved sound control and potential energy savings compared with conventional construction methods.
The concrete structure and continuous insulation help create comfortable interior temperatures while reducing common thermal gaps found in traditional framed wall assemblies.
