Dryvit has been a pioneer in the Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) industry since 1969, known for their quality products, innovation and track record of successful projects. We are excited and honored to be authorized dealers of Dryvit in Saskatchewan, and we look forward to offering our customers these industry-leading solutions.

What is Stucco?

Stucco is a traditional building material used for exterior finishes on walls and buildings. Stucco materials are typically made of a mixture of cement, sand, and lime, and can be applied in a variety of textures and colors. Modern stucco materials are synthetic systems made from acrylic-based materials.

Dryvit Stucco

Dryvit is a manufacturer of stucco products that are designed for use on the exterior of buildings. Their products include both traditional stucco systems, as well as more modern synthetic stucco systems. Dryvit’s stucco products are known for their durability, ease of installation, and resistance to moisture, fire and impact. The systems also come in a wide range of colors and textures, making it easy to match the stucco finish to the architectural style of the building. Additionally, Dryvit offers a range of insulation products that can be integrated with the stucco systems, providing energy efficiency and thermal comfort for the building.

Nudura and Dryvit are both part of the Tremco Construction Products Group, which allows our customers to benefit from the combination of two reputable building technologies and an overlapping building warranty for quality and longevity of their investment. The Power of One Warranty from Tremco offers comprehensive protection for your entire building assembly against leaks or lost performance, providing peace of mind long after construction is complete.

Stucco Systems

Dryvit offers multiple stucco systems that can be applied to ICF walls for protection from the elements, including the TAFSII acrylic stucco system which can be directly applied to the ICF wall and the Outsulation system, which combines an acrylic finish with an additional layer of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) to enhance insulation and thermal performance. They also offer a wide range of design options including faux-wood, stone finishes, metallic finishes, and pre-finished panelized options that can be installed efficiently in different weather conditions.

Dryvit Stucco Colours

Dryvit offers a wide range of stucco colors, including 48 readily available options that range from bold to subtle shades, and a full spectrum of custom colors to suit any project. Additionally, all colors are available in any of Dryvit’s surface textures such as Sandblast, Quarzputz, Sandpebble, Sandpebble Fine, Freestyle, and Lymestone. Installation cost of Freestyle and Lymestone may vary depending on the desired appearance.

All Dryvit coatings and finishes are made from 100% pure acrylic for durability and resistance to weathering. They are also formulated with Dirt Pickup Resistant (DPR) technology for long-lasting, easy-to-maintain finishes. All Dryvit finishes are backed by a written warranty for added peace of mind.

Specialty equipment allows us to custom-tint your stucco or parging to match any color swatch or existing wall color. If needed, we can even use a sample from the existing wall to have a custom color match performed by our manufacturing partners. Samples are available at no charge, often with just one day’s turnaround, to allow you to see the finished product with the desired texture, giving you the opportunity to approve the finished product rather than simply choosing from a selection of swatches.

We keep our most commonly requested Dryvit stucco materials in stock and readily available, and we are continually expanding our network of experienced applicators that we can recommend for your next project. We welcome the opportunity to work directly with builders, owners, or stucco contractors to make your next residential or commercial project a success!
